Baked And Fried New Potatoes
Working on sides for our Holiday dinner. Baked and fried new potatoes with crispy, caramelized shallots and a sprinkle of white truffle salt. The secret to these potatoes is the rendered bacon fat! I grew up with my dad making these potatoes on Sundays, during the winter, like clockwork. I love these and absolutely love caramelized shallots - the crispier the better!
