- 1/ 2 halved, pit removed Fresh Peach
- 1 ounce Cognac (H by Hine)
- 1/ 2 ounce Gonzales Byass La Copa Vermouth
- 1/ 4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Bittered Sling's Kensington Bitters
- 1 1/ 2 ounces Trappistes Rochefort 8 yr
In a mixing glass, add all your ingredients, fill the container full with ice and stir.
Once chilled, pour into small coupe vessel.
