  • 1/2 halved, pit removed Fresh Peach
  • 1 ounce Cognac (H by Hine)
  • 1/2 ounce Gonzales Byass La Copa Vermouth
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Bittered Sling's Kensington Bitters
  • 1 1/2 ounces Trappistes Rochefort 8 yr


  • Step 1

    In a mixing glass, add all your ingredients, fill the container full with ice and stir.

  • Step 2

    Once chilled, pour into small coupe vessel.
