ingredients
- 2 ounces reposado tequila
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1/2 inch sliced grapefruit
- 2 thinly sliced jalapeno
- 3 dashes bittered sling's kensington market bitters
- 1 zest for garnish grapefruit
Method
Step 1
Cut a small slice of Grapefruit (about 1/2 inch) and add to your mixing glass, along with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Fill the mixing glass 3/4 of the way with ice and stir until well chilled (approx. 45 seconds)
Step 3
Double Strain over 1 large ie cube and garnish with Grapefruit Zest
