Rosemary Infused Sour with Brulee Lemon
A refreshing take on the Lemon Brulee with a lightly smoked Rosemary, Martin Miller's Gin, Fresh Lemon, Orgeat Syrup, Olive Oil and Egg Whites! -@liqculture

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).


  • 11/2 ounces martin miller's gin
  • 2/3 (ounce) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 (ounce) orgeat syrup
  • 1 Sprig rosemary
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 drops olive oil
  • 1 slice lemon, bruleed


  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients (except Olive Oil and Lemon) into an empty shaker tin, and dry shake for approximately 20 seconds (without ice).

  • Step 2

    Add ice to your shaker and shake once more until the shaker is too cold to touch.

  • Step 3

    Strain into your favourite coupe glass. Garnish with 4 drops of high quality Olive Oil with a Bruleed Lemon on top.
