  • 4, 5 oz fillets Atlantic salmon
  • 3 pound fingerling potatoes, sliced in half
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • Your favorite seasoning such as: hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, basil (dry or fresh)


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400℉. Prepare a 9" x 13" pan and grease with cooking spray or oil.

  • Step 2

    Place the salmon fillets into the pan, along with the potatoes and cherry tomatoes.

  • Step 3

    Season the fish, potatoes, and tomatoes with your favorite spices.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked and charred.

  • Step 5

    Serve with rice or a simple salad.
