Chocolate Torta Caprese

"This is the cake, I am having for my birthday every year: a flourless Italian chocolate cake, called Torta Caprese. I simply love, love, love it – and the fact that my husband makes it for me. It’s super moist with a crackly top, almost like a brownie, but better ;-) I will enjoy a big piece of the leftovers this afternoon. It’s only morning here in Cambridge but I am already looking forward to it hehe."
