"BLACK GARLIC CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM! (follow up from previous post) If you've ever tasted #BlackGarlic, then you know it's actually sweet (opposed to raw garlic) and that this combo is BombLicious!?? And if you've never tasted Black Garlic, then get some now!!! (I eat it like candy! #TraderJoes carries it). . This Vegan & Paleo ice cream is a game changer!?????? . Ingredients 4 large spotty, frozen bananas 1 cup coconut cream 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup 2 Tbsp black garlic (smooshed into a paste) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder 2 tsp #BlackOnyxCacao powder (optional) . ✏️In a high speed blender (I used my @blendtec), blend everything except black onyx cacao until smooth and creamy. ✏️Pour ice cream base into an ice cream maker for about 15 minutes or until ice cream is achieved. Or, if you don't have an ice cream maker, pour into 8 oz containers (ice cube trays will also work) and freeze. ✏️Remove from freezer and blend again to create a creamy texture. Option to sprinkle black onyx cacao powder in ice cream container and swirl with a spoon to create a two-tone effect.⚫️ ."

I am beyond intrigued by this uniquely flavored ice cream! Don't be afraid of an sharp raw garlic flavor, black garlic is actually sweet. This recipe is vegan and paleo and if you are serious about expanding your garlic horizons, I think this is an adventurous place to start!

Ingredients

4 large spotty, frozen bananas

1 cup coconut cream

1/4 cup honey/maple syrup

2 Tbsp black garlic (smooshed into a paste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder

2 tsp #BlackOnyxCacao powder (optional)

Directions

In a high speed blender (I used my @blendtec), blend everything except black onyx cacao until smooth and creamy.
