  • 1 avocado, sliced `
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, plus more for topping
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • 8 mini corn tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook the popcorn shrimp according to the package instructions.

    While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the avocado lime sauce. In a blender, combine the avocado, cilantro, sour cream, juice of half a lime, salt, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
