ingredients
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 200 grams Vermicelli
- 1/2 cups Chopped coconut
- Cashew nuts
- Ghee
- To Taste Sugar
- 6 tablespoons Milk powder
Method
Step 1
Pour ghee in pan. Put Vermicelli in pan. Fry them golden. Add chopped coconut next. Fry them and set aside.
Step 2
Pour milk in pan. Cook in high flame till milk starts boiling. Add sugar as milk starts boiling. Lower the flame and let it cook on its own.
Step 3
Add milk powder next. Add fried vermicelli. Lower the flame and cook till Vermicelli softens. Sprinkle fried coconut pieces and put off flame. Mix everything and serve hot.
