ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Sugar
  • 1 teaspoons Carom Seeds
  • 2 pieces large Tomato
  • 1/2 inch Ginger slice
  • 1 cups Soya Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Take a bowl. Pour the whole wheat flour. Add the spices.

  • Step 2

    Make puree of tomato,ginger slice and chilli.

  • Step 3

    Pour the mixture slowly and start kneading. Don't use water. Add more Tomato if needed.

  • Step 4

    Knead the dough. Make balls from the dough.

  • Step 5

    Roll Paratha.

  • Step 6

    Brush oil in pan.

  • Step 7

    Fry the Parathas.

  • Step 8

    Serve hot
