ingredients
- 1 cups Semolina
- 1/2 cups Flattened Rice
- 1 teaspoons Baking Powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Curd
Method
Step 1
Take Semolina and Flattened Rice in a Bowl. Transfer to a blender and blend into fine powder.
Step 2
Add curd in the blender. Grind again. Add little water and grind again. Take out the paste in a Bowl. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 Tsp Baking Powder. Whip till it becomes frothy.
Step 3
Brush oil in pan. Pour a ladle of batter in pan. Wait till one side gets cooked. Once bottom side gets cooked, flip gently. Wait till both side gets cooked. Take out on a plate and serve hot.
