ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cups Sattu
- 1/2 teaspoons Nigella Seeds
- To Taste Salt
- 1 cups Soya Oil
Method
Step 1
Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt to taste. Add lukewarm water and start kneading. Prepare a soft dough and set it aside for 30 minutes. Make medium size balls from the dough.
Step 2
Take Sattu in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp Nigella Seeds and salt to taste. Add lukewarm water in it and knead it. Make small balls from the dough.
Step 3
Take one whole wheat flour ball and stuff each of them with 1 sattu ball. Roll Paratha.
Step 4
Pour the oil in pan. Fry the Parathas. Flip them in between to fry both sides.
Step 5
Serve with curd or curry or chutney.
