ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cups Sattu
- 1/2 teaspoons Nigella Seeds
- To Taste Salt
- 1 cups Soya Oil
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl. Put the whole wheat flour. Add salt to taste. Add lukewarm water and knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Make medium size balls from the dough.
Step 2
Take Sattu in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp Nigella Seeds and salt to taste. Add lukewarm water and prepare a dough. Make small balls from the dough.
Step 3
Now stuff each of the whole wheat dough ball with 1 Sattu ball.
Step 4
Roll Paratha. Put soya Oil in pan. Fry the Parathas.
Step 5
Serve with curd or curry or chutney
