ingredients
- 2 pieces Pabda Fish
- 1 pieces medium Tomato
- 4 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 1 cups Mustard oil
- pinch Turmeric Powder
Method
Step 1
Wash Fish pieces and toss them in pinch of turmeric powder. Pour mustard oil in pan. Boil till smoke comes out. Lower the flame,put the fishes for frying. Fry them for 1-2 minutes. Set aside after frying.
Step 2
Cut the tomato and put it in same oil. Toss till tomatoes soften.
Step 3
Soak mustard powder in water for 30 minutes. Add the paste in pan as tomatoes soften. Cook for few minutes. Add fried fish pieces. Cook for few minutes more. Drizzle dollops of mustard oil and finish cooking.
