ingredients
- 2 pieces medium Onion
- 6 pieces Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoons Black Salt
- 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
- pinch Turmeric Powder
- Dough
- Oil
Method
Step 1
Sprinkle 1 Tsp flour over the Dough. Knead again. Make small balls from the dough.
Step 2
Chop onion and garlic cloves. Sprinkle the spices. Add turmeric powder and toss everything.
Step 3
Roll Paratha. Drizzle oil in pan. Put the Paratha. Add the onion mixture on one side. Flip gently once one side gets cooked.
Step 4
Cook till both side gets cooked.
Step 5
Serve hot.
