ingredients
- 3 pieces Potato Cubes
- 1 cups Peas
- 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 tablespoons Garam masala powder
- 1/2 cups Mustard Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Jeera
- 150 grams 1 1/2 pounds Paneer
Method
Step 1
Perboil potato cubes and peas. Chop tomato and ginger and make paste.
Step 2
Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper with 1 Tsp Jeera. Put paneer cubes in pan. Fry them golden and set aside.
Step 3
Put Potato cubes in pan. Fry them in low flame. Add peas next. Fry them golden.
Step 4
Pour masala paste. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste. Add sugar to taste. Mix everything.
Step 5
Cook till raw smell of masala goes away. Cover with a lid. Remove lid after 10 minutes. Mix everything. Add water and mix again.
Step 6
Cover with a lid. Cook for another 10 minutes. Remove lid. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and finish cooking.
