ingredients
- 4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 cups Soya Oil
- pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 cups Sugar
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl. Add the whole wheat flour, salt and baking powder. Add 4 tablespoon oil. Mix everything.
Step 2
Add water slowly and knead the dough. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Make small balls from the dough after 30 minutes. Roll Paratha. Cut it vertically and horizontally.
Step 4
Pour oil in Kadai. Boil till smoke comes out. Put the nimkis for frying.
Step 5
Pour sugar in 1 cup water. Boil it in Kadai.
Step 6
As the nimkis get fried, Transfer to the sugar syrup. Let it soak for 10-15 minutes Take out on a plate. Let it cool. Serve.
