Masala Bhindi Fry

  • 200 cloves Bhindi / Okra
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Coriander Powder
  • pinch Turmeric Powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 cups Mustard Oil


  • Step 1

    Wash Bhindis. Pat them dry. Cut the top part and bottom part of the Bhindis. Slit them vertically.

  • Step 2

    Put the masala in bowl. Whisk everything.

  • Step 3

    Stuff each bhindi with the masala powder. Pour mustard oil in pan. Fry the bhindis. Cook till bhindis become golden brown in colour.

  • Step 4

    Serve with rice or roti.
