Method

  • Step 1

    Dry roast the Dal. Wash the Dal throughly after frying. Chop the veggies.

  • Step 2

    Take a pressure cooker. Add the chopped veggies. Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder and salt to taste. Pressure cook for 1 whistle. Let the Dal in pressure cooker for few minutes more.

  • Step 3

    Add Ghee in pan. Temper the ghee with Paanchphoron. Add the Dal. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Cook for few minutes and then finish cooking and serve.
