ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1/2 cups Coconut slices
- 1 pieces Tomato
- 1 pieces Onion
- 1/2 inch Ginger slice
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 cups Mustard Oil
Method
Step 1
Boil eggs. Deshell them. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder. Fry them in oil. Set aside after frying.
Step 2
Drizzle oil in pan. Cut the tomato and onion into thin slices. Put it in pan. Put the coconut slices. Fry them. Set aside after frying. Let it cool. Make paste.
Step 3
Put oil in pan. Put the masala paste. Take Garam Masala Powder and turmeric powder in a bowl. Add water and make paste. Put it in pan as well. Cook till raw smell of the masala goes away.
Step 4
Add water as much needed. Add fried eggs. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
