ingredients
- 8 pieces Raw Banana
- 2 pieces Potato
- 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoons Black Salt
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 cups Mustard Oil
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- 1 pieces Tomato
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger Slice
- 1 pieces Green chilli
- 1 pieces Dry Red Chilli
- 2 teaspoon Gram Flour
Method
Step 1
Boil the Banana and potatoes. Peel off the skin. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder and 1 tsp Black Salt. Mix everything.
Step 2
Add 1-2 tsp Gram Flour. Knead again. Make Koftas from the dough of banana.
Step 3
Put mustard oil in pan. Put the Koftas for frying. Set aside after frying.
Step 4
Now temper the same oil with 1 dry red chilli and 1 tsp sugar. Put Perboiled potato cubes for frying. Make paste of tomato, ginger slice and green chilli.
Step 5
Saute them. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder and salt to taste.
Step 6
Add raw smell of the masala goes away, add water as much needed.
Step 7
As water starts boiling, add the fried koftas.(Don't keep the Koftas in gravy for too long, it dries up the gravy).
Step 8
Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
