- 1 cups Kabuli Chana/Chickpeas
- 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala powder
- To Taste Salt
- Curry leaves
Method
Step 1
Take Kabuli Chana/Chickpeas in a Bowl. Add spices. Mash everything. Add curry leaves next. Mash again. Make small ball from the dough.
Step 2
Pour oil in pan. Put the balls for frying. Fry them golden in medium flame. Take it out. Serve hot with tea.
