ingredients
- 300 g Peas
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Curd
- 1 pieces large Tomato
- 1 pieces medium Onion
- 4 pieces Garlic Cloves
- Rice Bran Oil
- 1 pieces Dry Red Chilli
- 1/2 Lemon
Method
Step 1
Perboil peas and set aside. Chop onion and tomato into thin slices. Put it in blender. Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder and salt. Make paste.
Step 2
Pour oil in pan. Temper the oil with 1 dry red chilli. Put the masala paste. Saute for few minutes. Crush Garlic cloves and put it in pan. Add 1/2 tsp curd. Mix Everything. Cook till raw smell goes away.
Step 3
Take out the masala and set aside. Put peas for frying. Fry them for 2-3 minutes in medium flame. As peas get fried, add the masala paste.
Step 4
Take 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder in a bowl. Add water and make paste. After few minutes of cooking, add water in pan. Cook on high flame till water starts boiling. Add the garam masala paste. Mix everything.
Step 5
Squeeze the lemon and put the juice in pan. Put off flame and finish cooking.
