ingredients
- 3 packs Noodle
- 2 pieces Onion
- 1 pieces Capsicum
- 2 Carrot
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- To Taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Tomato Ketchup
- 1 cups Soya Oil
Method
Step 1
Boil Noodles in salt water. Drizzle oil to make it less sticky. Drain out the water and set aside the Noodles.
Step 2
Drizzle oil in pan. Break egg and pour it directly in pan. Toss it before it sets, set aside after scrambled egg gets cooked.
Step 3
Start frying veggies in pan. Start with carrot as it takes long to soften. Then add capsicum slices. Add salt to taste. Cook for few minutes. Add the onion slices. Don't fry the onion brown.
Step 4
As veggies get fried, add the noodles. Toss them carefully with the fried veggies. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder. Mix everything.
Step 5
Cook on high flame, otherwise noodles will stick to the base. Continue tossing, but carefully, don't break the noodles.
Step 6
Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup. Mix it carefully. Give 1 final toss, and transfer to a bowl. Serve hot.
