ingredients

  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 2 pieces Potato
  • 1 pieces Tomato
  • 1 pieces Onion
  • 6 pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 1 pieces Bay Leaf
  • 2 pieces Cardamom
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cups Mustard Oil
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil eggs. Deshell them. Coat the eggs with salt and turmeric powder. Fry them,set aside after frying. Cut potato into cubes. Boil them.

  • Step 2

    Temper the oil with 1 tsp sugar,1 dry red Chilli. Put the perboiled potato cubes for frying.

  • Step 3

    Make paste of tomato, Onion, garlic cloves,bay leaf, Cardamom. Put it in pan.

  • Step 4

    Saute them. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder, salt to taste. Saute them for few minutes.

  • Step 5

    Add water as much needed. Cook for few minutes in medium flame.

  • Step 6

    Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
