  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Coriander Powder
  • To Taste Salt


  • Step 1

    Cut paneer into cubes. Soak in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Take out the paneer in a bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder and salt to taste. Marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    After 30 minutes, dry Roast the marinated paneer cubes in Kadai. Serve hot.
