ingredients
- 300 g Prawn
- 1 pieces large Onion
- 2 pieces medium Tomato
- 1 pieces large Capsicum
- 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 cups Mustard Oil
Method
Step 1
Wash prawns throughly in lukewarm water. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder. Pour Mustard oil in pan. Fry Prawns. Set aside after frying.
Step 2
Chop tomato and make paste. Add turmeric powder, black pepper powder. Mix Everything. Pour Mustard oil in pan. Temper the oil with 1 tsp sugar. Cut the onion and capsicum into cubes.
Step 3
Put the capsicum cubes in pan for frying. Add Masala paste. Cook for few minutes. Add the onion cubes. Add salt to taste.
Step 4
Cook for few minutes till Raw smell goes away. Add prawns. Add water as much needed.
Step 5
Cook for few minutes more and transfer to a bowl. Serve hot.
