  • 3 pieces Eggs
  • 1 pieces Onion
  • 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • 3 cups Gram Flour
  • 1 teaspoons Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoons Rice Flour
  • 1 teaspoons Carom Seeds
  • pinch Nigella Seeds
  • 1 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 2 cups Soya Oil
  • 1 cups Biscuit crumbs


  • Step 1

    Take a bowl. Break eggs and put it in Bowl. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder,1 tsp Black Pepper Powder, salt to taste,1 tsp Coriander Powder. Chop the onion and put it . Whisk everything.

  • Step 2

    Take a greased box. Pour the egg mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes. (Baking time varies. Insert a knife to and if it comes out clean,then it's ready).

  • Step 3

    Cut the baked egg into cubes. Take a bowl. Add gram flour, rice flour,whole wheat flour. Add carom seeds, Nigella Seeds. Add salt to taste. Add water and prepare batter.

  • Step 4

    Take egg cubes (one by one). Roll them in biscuit crumbs. Then dip in Besan batter.

  • Step 5

    Pour oil in pan. Boil the oil, then lower the flame. Start frying. Fry in medium-low flame.

  • Step 6

    Fry the croquettes golden. It should be crisp outside. Serve hot with tea.
