ingredients
- 700 grams Mutton pieces
- 2 pieces Potato Cubes
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 2 pieces Onion
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- To Taste Salt
- 1 cups Mustard Oil
- 2 pieces Cinnamon stick
Method
Step 1
Boil oil in pan. Temper with cinnamon stick and dry red chilli.
Step 2
Chop onion tomato and make paste. Put it in pan. Add 1 Tsp Turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Step 3
Cook till raw smell of masala goes away. Add pressure cooked mutton pieces. Coat with the masala. Add water once masala gets cooked.
Step 4
Add potato cubes and mix everything.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes. Remove lid and toss again. Serve hot.
