ingredients
- 1 cups Potato Cubes
- 6 tablespoons Poppy Seed
- pinch Turmeric Powder
- To Taste Salt
- 1 cups Mustard Oil
- Dry red Chilli
Method
Step 1
Dry Roast the poppy seed. Take it out in a bowl. Add water. Now make a paste in blender.
Step 2
Perboil the potatoes. Pour mustard oil in pan. Fry the potato cubes.
Step 3
As potatoes start changing colour, add the poppy seed Paste. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix everything.
Step 4
Cook for few minutes. Add water. Cook in medium flame, till water gets dried. Pour dollops of mustard oil and finish cooking.
