Crunchy Chicken Strip Salad w/ French Dressing

  • 4 breaded chicken tenders, frozen or homemade
  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 1/2 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cucumber
  • Annie's Organic French Dressing, as needed


  • Step 1

    Place chicken tenders in air fryer on 370 for 15 minutes, or cook according to package instructions.

  • Step 2

    Place a layer of pre-washed spinach on serving dish.

  • Step 3

    Slice tomatoes in half, then layer on spinach.

  • Step 4

    Slice avocados length-wise and layer on spinach.

  • Step 5

    Thinly slice cucumber, and layer on spinach.

  • Step 6

    Slice cooked chicken tenders and layer in a line on spinach.

  • Step 7

    Drizzle desired amount of Annie's Organic French Dressing on top of salad and serve.
