- 4 breaded chicken tenders, frozen or homemade
- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 1/ 2 pound cherry tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 1 cucumber
- Annie's Organic French Dressing, as needed
Place chicken tenders in air fryer on 370 for 15 minutes, or cook according to package instructions.
Place a layer of pre-washed spinach on serving dish.
Slice tomatoes in half, then layer on spinach.
Slice avocados length-wise and layer on spinach.
Thinly slice cucumber, and layer on spinach.
Slice cooked chicken tenders and layer in a line on spinach.
Drizzle desired amount of Annie's Organic French Dressing on top of salad and serve.
