Juice With Apple, Carrot, Grapefruit, Turmeric, Ginger And Lemon

"My daily morning practice: wake up, stretch in bed whilst I think of 3 things I am grateful for, brush teeth, meditate for 10 minutes, yoga for 10-15 minutes, drink water, make juice, turn on my phone. I've been following this practice consistently for almost a month now. Connecting with my inner world before I connect to the outer world - It feels really good. Juice today is: carrots (lots of them), apple, lemon, grapefruit, ginger and turmeric. "

Apple, carrot, grapefruit, ginger and turmeric juice
Makes 500ml 
380-400 grams carrots (5-6 big carrots)
300 grams sweet gala apple (2 small or 2 big apples)
125 grams grapefruit, peeled (1/2 big grapefruit)
35 grams lemon, peeled (1/2 small lemon)
10 grams ginger, fresh
5 grams turmeric, fresh
1) Put all ingredients through a slow juicer of your choice. 
2) If needed, pour through a fine strainer to separate any remaining pulp.
3) Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour or serve with a few ice cubes. Enjoy!
