"Baby potatoes from last nights dinner I made. My favorite way of preparing these, boil in slight salted water until tender, about 25 minutes, when a knife goes through easy. Drain the water, let them cool a bit so it's easy to cut them in half. But some butter in a hot pan and spread out the potatoes cut side down, let them crisp up a bit and then flip over and cook for a few more minutes, toss in the chopped garlic and let it cook for a few minutes to combine the flavors together. Place the potatoes in a big bowl and add freshly chopped dill and toss together, you can add a tad of olive oil and sea salt to taste. This makes a great side dish for any meal.
