One-Day Artisan Loaf

"This is what I’m calling a Same-Day Country Loaf - mix the dough in the AM and bake it in time for dinner, very hands off. The result? Super crisp thinner crust, pillowy airy crumb, excellent flavor that goes with everything - such a good beginner artisan bread. PS. if you’re into bread, you see that I didn’t score the loaf on top with a razor, I’ve been just letting the bread split naturally where it wants, and I LOVE it!"
