ingredients
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 ball (about 4 oz) burrata
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- few shavings of Parmesan
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- olive oil
Method
Step 1
On the two pieces of toast, spread the burrata, covering the toast to its edge.
Step 2
Add pesto to the burrata layer and top with a sprinkling of Parmesan.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes on top of the cheeses, then drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
