1-1/2 cups cooked quinoa
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 apple, grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup milk
Fruit, nuts & coconut flakes for serving
Method
Combine the quinoa, oats, chia seeds, apple, cinnamon, yogurt and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with a splash of milk and top with fruit, nuts and coconut flakes.
