Black Sesame Almond Milkshake

Ingredients
1-2 spoonfuls of black sesame seeds, depending on taste
1 banana
Almond milk
Method
Toast the black sesame seeds for a minute or so until fragrant. In a food processor, grind them until they are very fine and sand-like. Then, blend together with a banana and some almond milk.
