Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup

"Slow cooker chicken soup for dinner on a stormy day. For the slow cooker version I cook the chicken according to the recipe, then throw everything in the slow cooker, except for the noodles. You can cook those up separately and throw them in when you're ready to eat."
