"The Moscato wine and spiced pear gelato-base that was poured into Popsicle-moulds yesterday. Turns out that this gelato-base is so creamy, it doesn't really get firmed up, which tells me that I can actually pour the base directly into a container and it will freeze into creamy gelato, without churning or whipping!!! This is #revelation. And the flavor is unbelievable. Try it! (Search "moscato pear gelato" on the blog). PS, if you wanna know where I got these molds - online in China - and I don't think they ship international. #feedfeed "
