ingredients

  • 7 ounces fresh salmon
  • 2 cups boiled edamame
  • 1/2 leaf nori
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together.

  • Step 2

    Cut the salmon into slices about 1 cm thick.

  • Step 3

    Cut the nori leaf into very thin strips.

  • Step 4

    Place a few slices of ginger on a plate.

  • Step 5

    Place the salmon on top.

  • Step 6

    Sprinkle with a few edamame and nori leaves.

  • Step 7

    Serve the sauce on the side.
