125 g sugar
250 ml water
250 ml orange juice
juice from half a lemon
6 gelatin leafs
Soak the gelatin in cold water for five minutes. Heat sugar and water and stir until sugar dissolves. Add gelatin, lemon and orange juice. Mix well. Top with orange slices and leave to set in fridge for a few hours."
