- 4 slices of bread, toasted
- 1/ 2 cup hummus
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cup chickpeas (optional: toss chickpeas with dried or fresh herbs like thyme, basil, rosemary)
Top each slice of bread with hummus, avocado, and herby chickpeas. Serve immediately.
