Mushroom Tart With Gruyere And Parmesan
A mushroom tart I baked today. Made with eggs from my chickens, leeks, butter and any mushrooms I could get my hands on. I included some dried chanterelles a friend foraged for and gave me. Mushrooms always make the best gifts.
