- 1 medium Sweet potato Sweet potato
- 1/ 2 stick butter Butter
- 1 tablespoons Harissa Harissa pepper
- 1 tsp salt Salt
- 1 tsp thyme Thyme
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger Ginger
- 2 cloves garlic Garlic
Peel and thinly slice sweet potato. Peel and chop ginger and garlic. Melt butter and simmer with the ginger, thyme, garlic, salt and Harissa pepper.
In casserole dish layer sweet potatos adding butter mixture at each layer. Bake in 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
