- 1 (8 ounce) block tuna steak
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup wonton crisps
- 4 tablespoons Organic Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 tablespoons olive oil, for cooking
Method
Step 1
Rinse quinoa under water for 1 minute, strain, then add to a small pot with olive oil over medium heat. Stir and cook for 1 minute and season with salt and pepper.

Add chicken stock to the pot (enough to fully cover the quinoa), let it come to a boil then turn heat setting to simmer, cover the pot, and let it sit for 10 minutes

Pat your tuna steak dry, then add desired seasonings to both sides of your tuna steak. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and sear tuna on each side for 1 minute
Step 4
Remove tuna steak from pan and let it rest for five minutes. Slice and serve.
Step 5
To each bowl add 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa as a base. Add a handful of shredded cabbage and shredded carrots. Add seared tuna and top with wonton crisps. Drizzle Annie’s Organic Asian Sesame Dressing on top
