- 10 single stuffed Oreos or chocolate sandwich cookie of choice
- 2 cups full fat or barista blend oat milk
- 1/ 4 cup coconut cream
Place the cookies in the oat milk and let them soak for 10 minutes or until fairly soft.
Add the cookies, milk, and coconut cream into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a jar or sealed container and store in the fridge overnight.
About 20 minutes before serving, shake the container and strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
Use this milk the way you would use any other coffee creamer. You can shake it up with cold brew or add to a glass full of ice and your favorite espresso and enjoy!
