ingredients

  • 4 cups cherries, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablepoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • baguette, for serving
  • goat cheese, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 2

    Combine cherries, olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary in a bowl and mix together. Spread cherries out evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the oven and roast for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Remove baking sheet from the oven and let cool slightly. Put roasted cherries on sliced, toasted baguette topped with goat cheese. Enjoy!
