I spent two weeks curating this delightful,perfectly sweetened, and slightly tart liqueur for more customizable cocktail experiments. Using 1 pound of fresh rhubarb, agave syrup, vodka, and plenty of patience, this first-attempt came out better than I expected. It adds a beautiful color to cocktails and enhances the flavor of gin or cordial-based drinks with it's intriguing light and tart flavor.
