I don’t always have names for my meals because they’re often just a combination of ingredients I’m craving. This is a loaded breakfast bowl with pasture-raised fried eggs, avocado chunks, heirloom cherry tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil, hemp seeds, a little salt and pepper, and za’atar seasoning. -@kalememaybe

ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • a dash of salt and black pepper
  • sprinkle of zaatar

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small or medium pan, heat up olive oil on medium-low heat. Add eggs, and cook until whites are crispy and set and yolks are still runny. Transfer eggs to a plate. Top with remaining ingredients.
