Za'atar Fried Egg, Tomato and Avocado Bowl
"I don’t always have names for my meals because they’re often just a combination of ingredients I’m craving. This is a loaded breakfast bowl with pasture-raised fried eggs, avocado chunks, heirloom cherry tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil, hemp seeds, a little salt and pepper, and za’atar seasoning."

Serves or Makes: 4
- 8 eggs
- 1/ 4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/ 4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- a dash of salt and black pepper
- sprinkle of zaatar
In a small or medium pan, heat up olive oil on medium-low heat. Add eggs, and cook until whites are crispy and set and yolks are still runny. Transfer eggs to a plate. Top with remaining ingredients.
