  • 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, or ghee
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon Calabrian pepper sauce
  • Flaked salt, To Taste
  • Black pepper, To Taste


  • Step 1

    Spread avocado on toast.

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in small saucepan over medium. Crack egg into the pan and cook until whites are set and yolk is runny, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer egg to toast.

  • Step 3

    Top with Calabrian pepper sauce, salt and black pepper.
