Avocado Toast with Fried Egg and Calabrian Pepper Sauce

- 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
- 1/ 2 avocado, mashed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, or ghee
- 1 egg
- 3/ 4 teaspoon Calabrian pepper sauce
- Flaked salt, To Taste
- Black pepper, To Taste
Spread avocado on toast.
Heat oil in small saucepan over medium. Crack egg into the pan and cook until whites are set and yolk is runny, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer egg to toast.
Top with Calabrian pepper sauce, salt and black pepper.
